Each stage is built to your exact car and includes everything from the stages below it. Calibration files are custom digital products — once delivered, the sale is final. You own the hardware, the credits and the flash.

Risk & use notice. ECU tuning carries inherent mechanical risk. Stage 3 calibrations — and any tune altering emissions-related strategies — are supplied for motorsport, off-road or non-registered project vehicles. You are solely responsible for compliance with local regulations. Our Terms of Service cover the risk, and your verified stock file is always kept on backup.

You need your own interface device and software (HP Tuners MPVI2/MPVI3, MHD, bootmod3, Cobb, etc.) plus a vehicle license/credits for your car. You read your stock file, send it to us, we tune it, and you flash our file back yourself. We never need your car physically.
Always — it's a hard rule. We archive a verified backup of your original calibration before we change anything, and we won't deliver a tune until it's safely stored. If you ever want to go back to factory, your stock file is one click away.
After you install the tune, take it for a short drive, record it, and send the recording over. A tuner reviews how your car ran and sends back a refined file — usually within 3 hours, any time of day or night. Most cars are dialed in after 2–3 drives, and you've got 30 days from your first file.

Stage 1 (software-only) through Stage 3 (hybrid / upgraded turbo with supporting hardware). Each calibration is written to your exact hardware and validated on your logs. Aggressive builds are supplied for competition / off-road use.
No — and we won't. "Pops and bangs" work by dumping unburnt fuel into the exhaust and igniting it on overrun. It sounds dramatic, but it's genuinely destructive: it overheats and cracks catalytic converters and exhaust components, burns exhaust valves, spikes exhaust-gas temperatures, and washes oil from the cylinder walls — all proven, well-documented ways to shorten the life of your engine, turbo and exhaust. We build tunes for real, reliable power that lasts, so we leave pops, bangs and crackle out of every tune. No exceptions.
ECU modification will likely void your manufacturer's powertrain warranty and remaining factory coverage. You assume that risk by ordering. Because your stock file is backed up, you can return to factory if you ever need to.
Yes — gearbox tuning is a separate add-on: faster, firmer shifts, higher torque and clutch limits, and optional launch control. On a dual-clutch gearbox like the AMG 7G-DCT, gearbox tuning is effectively required once you go Stage 2 or beyond.
